What is the advantage for Programmers/ITs?
Programmers/ITs will NOT be charged a commission when they are chosen for a "" Project!  There is absolutely no cost for them to taking part in one of these projects.  Therefore the bids you receive are lower as Programmers/ITs do not need to cover the commission they would otherwise have to pay.  This also leads to more bids!

To have your project "", simply check the appropriate box in the create project setup form.
