Escrow Payments Service

Guaranteed payment with our Escrow Payments Service!

Our Escrow account payments service removes the risk factor from transactions and helps ensure trouble free completion of projects.

FreelanceOne.com provides users with escrow payment service options to help projects get completed smoothly.  Webmaster/Client can set aside a specific amount of money into an escrow account on FreelanceOne.com, for a specific Programmer/IT.  Both users can then view the payment in the escrow account, but only the Webmaster/Client can complete the payment, from the escrow account to the Programmer/IT.  The Programmer/IT is the only person (other than FreelanceOne.com staff) who can cancel this escrow payment.  This gives each party half of the control over the money in the escrow account.

If the project gets completed, the Webmaster/Client can transfer the money from the escrow account to the Programmer/IT.  If the project is cancelled amicably, the Programmer/IT can cancel the escrow payment and the money will return to the Webmaster/IT's account.  If there are any disputes over a project, FreelanceOne.com staff must be contacted before any money can be moved from the escrow account.

FreelanceOne.com encourages its users to send and receive money with the escrow system, because it's another great way to make sure everyone gets what they want from a project.

To manage your escrow payments, login to your account.  The escrow menu is underneath the project list.
